Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You may use MyPinFo only if you can form a binding agreement and your use of the platform is not prohibited by applicable law. If you use MyPinFo on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of MyPinFo

Subject to these Terms, MyPinFo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the platform for its intended purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, or use MyPinFo in a manner that violates law or the rights of others.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify MyPinFo promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. User submissions and content

You retain ownership of content you submit to MyPinFo, including images, listings, descriptions, collection data, comments, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant MyPinFo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and process that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it. You may not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or otherwise harmful.

5. Marketplace, listings, buying, selling, and trading

MyPinFo may provide catalog data, collection tools, listing tools, pricing references, marketplace features, seller-facing functionality, buyer-facing functionality, messaging, and other services related to the buying, selling, listing, or trading of pins and related collectibles. MyPinFo is not the owner, broker, merchant of record, auctioneer, authenticator, guarantor, or custodian of user-listed items unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

All transactions, negotiations, representations, listing details, pricing statements, shipping commitments, authenticity claims, item condition disclosures, and trade arrangements are the responsibility of the users involved. MyPinFo does not warrant that any listing, offer, trade proposal, edition size, release detail, or pricing information is accurate, complete, current, authentic, lawful, collectible-grade, or fit for any particular purpose.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own diligence before purchasing, selling, trading, shipping, accepting payment for, or relying on any item or listing presented through the platform.

6. Intellectual property

MyPinFo, including its software, platform design, branding, text, graphics, and original site content, is owned by MyPinFo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from MyPinFo.

MyPinFo is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. Disney pin artwork, names, copyrights, and trademarks are the property of Disney Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliated companies.

7. Fees, payments, shipping, and disputes

If MyPinFo enables payments, checkout, seller onboarding, shipping settings, or related marketplace tooling, additional transaction-specific terms may apply. Users remain responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, payment processing obligations, refund obligations, chargebacks, and compliance with laws governing online sales, consumer protection, and resale activity.

MyPinFo may assist with platform workflows, but MyPinFo is not responsible for losses arising from failed transactions, inaccurate listings, item defects, authenticity disputes, delayed shipment, non-delivery, payment reversals, or user-to-user disputes except to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

MyPinFo may suspend, restrict, remove, de-index, refuse to publish, or terminate access to the platform, accounts, listings, or content at any time if it reasonably believes a violation of these Terms has occurred, if required for security or legal reasons, or if necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

MyPinFo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPinFo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPinFo and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

MyPinFo may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different date is stated. Your continued use of MyPinFo after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
